Return Policy / Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Returns (if applicable)We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.Original shipping fees are non-refundable .; No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Our delivery service is priced based on location and the charge is not affected by the weight or number of items in your order. We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days of confirmation of your payment. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm and on Saturday's between 10am and 5pm. Deliveries must be received and signed for by yourself or a proxy.
As part of the check-out process of purchasing a product on the Glv professional Services website, you will be offered the option to have your product delivered to a location of your choice (within our selected locations). Our system will use the address information that you enter to automatically calculate the appropriate delivery charge. The delivery charge will be added to the sub-total of your order.
Once your payment has been confirmed we’ll call you to agree and confirm the delivery details of your order. You’ll then receive an email (to the email address entered as part of the payment process) confirming the delivery details associated with your order.
*Please note that this currently excludes selected Northern areas due to civil unrest in these regions.
